Worried about your 2020 wedding ceremony and reception? I can help!

Sadly, the COVID19 coronavirus pandemic has caused many couples to have to postpone
or cancel their planned weddings and receptions. But all is not lost! I love thinking creatively and providing solutions so you can still get married and have a party with your friends and family.
For example, I can help you plan a Zoom event that’s secure and organized!

I truly believe that in these uncertain times, connecting with loved ones in meaningful ways, celebrating, and going forward with plans is crucial for our well-being and for our lives.

Meet Your Wedding Planner

At the age of 21, like many other young women, I dreamed of becoming a wedding planner. I’ve always loved weddings, and I am grateful every day that I get to live my dream career!

I bring 15 years of experience seamlessly planning and flawlessly executing just about any style of wedding you can think of (and some you can’t), an incredibly organized planning method; a “let’s do this!” supportive attitude; and a true love of weddings.

I will listen to you, care for you, soothe your worries and make sure no detail is overlooked (yes, I promise! You will NOT forget anything). And I’ll be by your side as it all comes together for an amazing, perfect wedding day!

Frequently Asked Questions

I work with couples who live all over the U.S. and worldwide. Thankfully, Zoom allows us to hold virtual meetings anywhere! Most of my weddings take place in the U.S., where I am currently based. In 2020-2021 I’m splitting my time mainly between Atlanta, GA and Pittsburgh, PA, among other locations. I love to travel, and I’m open to planning and coordinating weddings just about anywhere! Let’s talk!

Yes, yes and yes. (See Where are you based? question above.) Let’s talk!

I have planned and coordinated weddings at many different types of venues over 15 years, including private homes, outdoor venues, museums, hotels, private clubs, and anywhere else a wedding can be held. I’ve worked with all different types of vendors, and I’m confident that my proven coordination process will ensure I have all the information I need to effectively coordinate your wedding.

As your wedding planner, I will be present at an in-person meeting at your venue with major vendors about 3-4 weeks out from the wedding, and I’ll be in contact with all your vendors well in advance.

It really depends on a variety of factors, but ideally I prefer to keep it to a maximum of five per year, so I can offer you the best possible service and my full attention.

As soon as you know your wedding date (even if you don’t have a venue yet). The best planners book up quickly, especially on popular dates, since we typically only coordinate one wedding per weekend.

Of course! I am always happy to pass on the names of professional and reputable vendors, who I know personally and trust. I have worked with all kinds of vendors, in every possible category. I’ve also successfully helped couples hire vendors in other locations I’m not yet familiar with, simply because I can tell who is a professional (someone I would refer) from speaking with them and reviewing their work. I know what questions to ask, and what the right answers are. And I will share all of that information with you throughout the hiring process.

Please note that Circle of Love Weddings does not accept commissions from vendors in exchange for referring them, nor will I recommend a particular vendor for any other reason than outstanding service. The vendor choices that I offer you are based on YOUR needs and personality.

This is a great question! The main thing I like for my clients to know about me is that customer service and flexibility are hallmarks of my business. Making sure my clients have the information they need in a timely manner is very important, and in turn, the planning process tends to go smoothly when decisions are made in a timely manner as well. Flexibility means that this is your event, and I am here to help you make sure it goes the way that you want it to go. You tell me your ideas, and together we will figure out how to make them into reality – and you are always the final decision-maker. My job is to facilitate and assist where needed, and represent you and your interests.

Of course you can! And I will be happy to help you. (I officiate weddings too!) Let’s talk!

In case you actually can’t elope, don’t worry. You’re in the right place and I will help you to feel less overwhelmed, even excited about your wedding. I promise!

It's time to plan your wedding!

I can’t wait to hear about your wedding dreams, and help you turn them into reality.

Q&A with Daria

What Makes a Great Wedding Planner...

It’s easy! All you really need is a talented vendor team, endless patience, incredible stamina, and a fairy godmother’s wand.

My Favorite Dessert...

I LOVE, and when I say love, I don’t mean kind of like or really enjoy, I mean L-O-V-E love wedding cake.

My Best Tip for Engaged Couples...

Relax and have fun! Your wedding is a celebration of your love for one another, so remember to savor each moment together.

The Secret to My Success...

Being service-centered, not self-centered. Each wedding I do is a team effort, focused on the shared goal of making each couple’s dreams come true.

Coffee or Tea...

Coffee. I don’t talk to anyone before I’ve had my morning cup. Trust me, it’s better that way!

My First Job Was...

Working at a company that made cross-stitch patterns. I was 16 and they were unsure about hiring me, but I convinced them to meet with me and they hired me on the spot.

The Biggest Misconception About Wedding Planners Is...

…that we are bossy control freaks. I believe you can get things done in a way that is friendly, compassionate and efficient, not pushy and rude.

One Thing I Have in My Emergency Kit That Might Surprise You...

A stapler. I have literally had to staple a bridesmaid’s shoe back together.
