About The Wedding
Amber and Ben wanted a simple, elegant, intimate wedding, and the Old Decatur Courthouse was the perfect setting. Ben's brother-in-law officiated the ceremony, and family and close friends made up the wedding party. The white flowers with touches of dark purple made for an elegant color scheme. Guests enjoyed a Southern buffet, and danced some of Ben's favorite country songs. Amber and Ben departed in a vintage Rolls Royce as guests blew bubbles.

My Favorite Detail
Continuing the Southern theme, Amber and her mom made the cutest favors! They packaged a Moon Pie and a Coke (in a glass bottle) for guests to take home for a midnight snack. Yum!

My Favorite Moment
As guests were making their way downstairs for Amber and Ben's departure, the two of them stood back at the edge of the room, and she laid her head on his shoulder as they enjoyed the last few moments of a perfect day. I love observing those sweet moments.
