About The Wedding
Laura and Clarke's wedding was all about family and friends, beautiful decor, and personal details. Laura, a former Falcons cheerleader, had nine of her closest friends stand up with her as bridesmaids, and Clarke had the same! Plus, Laura's adorable niece and nephew were the flower girl and ring bearer. After First Look photos at the St. Regis, the entire party continued to the rooftop restaurant/lounge at the Renaissance Marriott Midtown for the skyline photographs that were very important to Laura. At Summerour, the venue sparkled and shone with candlelight, crystals and pearls, along with all of Laura's carefully planned details, including a lovely ceremony (with one of my favorites, a hand blessing), a nut station for favors, a Jif peanut butter jar groom's cake (complete with lots of pictures of Clarke on the table), and a memory table with votives symbolizing grandparents and others who had passed. Guests enjoyed a fabulous Southern buffet, and danced to the band's wedding standards. A sparkler send-off was the endcap of a beautiful evening.

My Favorite Detail
Laura and Clarke did something very sweet that I have not seen before: they each hand-wrote letters of thanks and appreciation to their parents and framed them, and then we set those out on the guest book table.

My Favorite Moment
Laura's mom, Fran, is one of the sweetest, kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was also one of the most nervous mothers I have ever met. She came to me during the reception and hugged me for a good long time, and told me that all her nervousness had been for nothing, because it was the most perfect wedding ever. (Something she never thought was possible!) Another example of why I love what I do!

Comments From The Couple
"I am a very detail oriented person and enjoy having control of important things in my life, and I can tell you that despite all of that, I could not have gotten through this wedding process without Daria! She provided a turn-key approach to putting the wedding together and made sure that not only is nothing missed, but everything is just as you expect. She handled everything from vendor management (including problem resolution), timeline of events, deadlines for all aspects, suggestions of things that work/don't work, and much more. Daria has such a pleasant, calming demeanor that gives you the reassurance that everything is just fine, on schedule, and it will get done. She was very prompt with phone and email responses, ready to tackle any issue, and VERY easy to work with. I would highly recommend her work to all brides in the area - you will not regret it!" ~ Laura (bride)
