With my extensive resources and expertise, I will be available to you via phone and email throughout the planning process, for vendor referrals, questions, problem solving, and miracle working, while you handle the “legwork” of securing and working with your venue and vendors.

As the big day draws near, we’ll work together as collaborative partners to wrap up the last details of your wedding, making sure nothing is forgotten.

You’ll be free to enjoy the wedding day with your friends and family without being interrupted with decisions and questions, knowing that everything you have so carefully planned is coming to fruition.

Daria helped me think of things I hadn’t covered and checked up on me
now and then to make sure I had followed through on my planning. She was always available by email or phone, which was super, just to know she was accessible when needed. She was a fabulous sounding board for concerns I had, and her fount of knowledge and experience was most helpful.

On the wedding day, Daria coordinated with all the vendors so
I didn’t have to, which was a huge weight off my shoulders. It was great
knowing my family could enjoy every moment of the day without
being wrapped up in the technicalities.

What we imagined as help on the day of, turned into help every step of the way. Daria was super - through and through - all the time.

She gave great vendor recommendations and each was tailored to our specific tastes and needs. I was entirely comfortable and at ease in the weeks leading up to the wedding knowing that Daria had it all well in hand.

Couples searching for a “day-of coordinator” or “month-of coordinator” typically book our Lend-A-Hand Coordination package. Although the standard terminology isn’t referenced in our package name, this service provides everything a couple needs for a calm, stress-free wedding day.

The Circle of Love Weddings difference is that instead of stepping in only toward the end of the planning (when things can start getting stressful), Daria provides professional guidance to you throughout the process (even though you are doing the planning) to ensure your stressis kept to a minimum and the wedding day goes smoothly.

Wedding Planning

I send you to-do lists, and keep in touch to make sure we’re on track with vendor hiring and all the tasks. Problem-solving and wedding therapy are included as needed!

Time to Work

In the last six weeks before the big day, our final coordination meetings take place, and I create the event schedule, coordinate with all the vendors, and work with you to handle the final details. Nothing will be forgotten or left undone!

Wedding Weekend
